A lone fisherman walks home,
Trout in his bag, and head cleared by a few hours of solitude and silence.
I bumped into him on a walk today and chatted for a few minutes. His demeanour was pure calm from his few hours alone wading the waters, casting for trout.
A friend asked today if I practice silence or contemplation. I said I used to, and I need to again.
When are you silent? And what benefits does it gift to you? Let us know in the comments below. Looking forward to your thoughts
